At your service – the Microsoft Marketing Concierge story

Having spent 3 years as the exclusive delivery partner for Marketing Made Easy, ResourceiT was renowned throughout Microsoft for our detailed understanding of the evolution of how Microsoft works with its preferred agencies. When the time came for Marketing Made Easy to transition to Microsoft Marketing Concierge, ResourceiT was retained to deliver support, headcount and resources to make the move as seamless as possible for partners and internal stakeholders. 

Today, we are continuing that relationship by maintaining close working relationships with numerous BG’s and business units across the Microsoft organisation.  This runs alongside campaigns delivered directly to Microsoft teams when the Concierge isn’t necessarily the right path to success.

The challenge:

With partners having access to more than 20 individual funding initiatives including Dynamics, Hosting, CSP, Surface and OEM, the PB&D team (now OCP) wanted to establish an effective, programmatic and scalable way of enabling its partner channel to appropriately spend their Marketing Co-op and Development funds.

The approach:

ResourceiT provides dedicated Microsoft technology marketing experts to the concierge team, along with a variety of ‘Build With’, ‘Sell With’ and ‘Go to Market’ packages.

Aligned by workload (Modern Workplace, Business Applications, Apps & Infrastructure, Data & AI) the team work together with the PMAs and relevant BG leads to match the messaging, content and funding with the relevant partners.
